The property sleeps 13 across five bedrooms arranged across the main house, the trullo, and the oval house — giving larger groups both the space to come together and the privacy to spread out. The master bedroom is a standout, with its own en-suite and a beautifully appointed interior. A family bedroom suite includes a children's twin room alongside the main double, making it ideal for families travelling together. The oval house adds two further bedrooms one twin and one single sharing a bathroom, perfect for children or additional guests. All sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully done, with room-darkening blinds, quality bed linen, extra pillows and proper clothes storage throughout.

Outside, the heated pool is lined with sunbeds and parasols, and a shaded dining table is set up for the whole group, alongside a large wood-burning barbecue.
