What Adriana Travels is

Adriana Travels (Adriana Travels, Chamber of Commerce no. 90547136) is a search and comparison platform for holiday villas. We help you find the villa that suits you. We don't rent out villas ourselves and we don't conclude bookings ourselves.

You book with our partner

If you want to book a villa, our link takes you to our partner's website. You book there, under that partner's terms. So the agreement for your stay is between you and the partner, not us. Questions about your booking, payment, cancellation or the stay itself go to the partner.

You pay nothing extra through us. You can read how we earn money on this page.

Adriana is an AI

Adriana is an AI. She does her best to find villas that fit what you're looking for, but she can make mistakes. So always check the details on the villa page and with the partner before you book.

No guarantee of availability or price

Availability and prices change. Prices on our site are "from" prices and an indication. What you finally pay, and whether a villa is available, you only see at the partner. We do our best to keep villa details correct and up to date, but we can't guarantee that everything is always right.

Fair use

• Use the site for your own search for a holiday villa.
• Don't misuse the site: no automated copying (scraping) and no mass or automated questions to Adriana.
• There is a maximum number of messages to Adriana per visitor per hour.

Your account

• An account is free and you don't need one to search with Adriana.
• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• One account per person. Use your own email address and give correct details.
• Keep your password secret. If you think someone else can get into your account, choose a new password via Forgot password and let us know.
• You can always delete your account yourself in Settings. Your saved villas and stored conversations will then be deleted too. How we handle your account details is explained in our privacy policy.
• If you use your account in breach of these terms, for example to misuse Adriana, we may block or delete it. Where possible, we'll let you know first.
• We may discontinue accounts, for example if we end the service. We'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, so you can still download your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for your booking or your stay with the partner, nor for damage caused by errors or incomplete information on our site or in Adriana's answers. This does not apply in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part.

Texts, design and photos

The texts, design and photos on this site belong to us or to the parties who made them available to us. You may not copy them without permission.

Links to other websites

Our site links to websites of partners and others. We are not responsible for the content and terms of those websites.

Changes

We may change these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the law of your own country gives you (mandatory consumer law). Have a question or complaint? Email us at info@adrianatravels.com.
