Tucked among ancient olive groves just minutes from the iconic white town of Ostuni, Trullo Carnevale is a beautifully restored estate where centuries-old Puglian architecture meets laid-back, effortless luxury. Vaulted stone ceilings, sun-drenched interiors and breezy open spaces set the tone for days that slow right down exactly as they should.

The estate brings together three distinct spaces the main house, the trullo, and the lamia giving groups of 12 both room to gather and room to breathe. The main house holds three double bedrooms, two with private terraces and a master suite complete with its own outdoor bathtub. Every bedroom across the property has a private en-suite bathroom. The trullo adds a double bedroom under its iconic conical stone ceiling one of those rooms you simply don't forget while the lamia works beautifully as a self-contained space for guests who want a little more independence without straying far from the group.

Outside, a heated 20ft pool sits at the centre of it all, surrounded by six sunbeds and two large parasols. A shaded living area with three large sofas is made for the quiet hours between lunch and sunset. When it comes to dining, the setup is exceptional: a shaded table that seats 16, a wood-fired pizza oven, a large barbecue, and a full prep and service area with dedicated glassware. Long lunches here have a way of turning into long evenings.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning throughout, and every practical touch you could need — washing machine, dryer, safes, family extras mean there is nothing to think about except how to spend the next few hours. Brindisi airport is 35 minutes away. Bari is 80 minutes. The Adriatic coast is closer still.
