Built around the region's iconic trulli architecture and crafted with comfort, beauty and sustainability in mind, this is a home that feels both deeply rooted in its landscape and entirely effortless to inhabit. Bright, spacious interiors open through floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto a shimmering heated pool, with ancient olive trees and fragrant Mediterranean gardens all around.

The four bedrooms are spread across three distinct spaces, each with its own character. Two double bedrooms sit within the main house, light-filled and elegantly appointed. The trullo adds a third bedroom tucked beneath its iconic conical ceiling — one of those sleeping spaces that stays with you long after you leave. The fourth bedroom is something altogether different: a beautifully furnished yurt set apart in the gardens, private and atmospheric, with its own en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has air conditioning, room-darkening blinds, quality bed linen and proper clothes storage.

Outside, the large al fresco dining area seats 10 under shade, with a wood-fired pizza oven, a large barbecue, a fridge, dishwasher and a full prep and service area with dedicated glassware everything needed for long, unhurried meals. The shaded lounge area has three large sofas, a ceiling fan and a Bluetooth speaker system for the evenings. The 20ft heated pool is surrounded by six sunbeds and two large parasols, with an outdoor bathroom and shower nearby.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen, TV, sound system, ping pong table and board games round out a property that has genuinely thought of everything. Highchair, travel cot and babysitter recommendations are available for families. Pets are welcome upon request. Housekeeping, pool maintenance and transfer reservations are all included as standard. The property is solar powered. Brindisi airport is 35 minutes away. Bari is 80 minutes. The Adriatic coast is closer still.
